Awesome. Nice mix of minor chords, kind of a progressive country/Radiohead thing.
If my income depended on your band’s financial success, I’d bill and direct you toward the country-Radiohead direction. I’d be telling everyone MKF is “like a country Radiohead.”
But it doesn’t, and I often miss the mark on assigning adjectives to creative work.
Lord Basilious, I love this observation. Some of my favorite music is Radiohead, but I never thought about our music like this. What a perfect combination.
As I’ve said before, you rock! I have a video of this from the Chai House that I play sometime…I will send to you! Anyway, with the CD, I’ll be able to play it outside of my livingroom!
I think we have three modes: country Radiohead, retro-ish pop, and snarly rockers. I like that mix. Perhaps we can trick bookers into thinking we emphasize whichever one their club prefers, thereby enhancing our financial gain. Sincerely, Greg Kids Fantasy.
